The Theron Room draws on the independent and adventurous spirit of Theron Ink, one of Napa County’s early settlers who arrived in California from the Mid-West in the quest for gold. The design pulls together warm leathers, natural textures, and masculine lines.
The restrained pin-striped linen drapery and deep velvety accent pillows are tailored and sophisticated yet understated and unfussy.
Hand painted and richly woven textiles give the room a sense of luxury without pretense. Evoking the simplicity of farmer’s life, the décor is layered with fascinating artifacts from Ink’s varying agricultural and transportation business ventures. Overlooking the historic barn, this room is positioned on the southwest corner of the home, allowing just enough warm light to filter in the room all morning long.
